My family and I (which includes 2 horses, 3 dogs and little ole me) live on a small farmette outside of Fayetteville. You can often find me riding my white horse through the fields around my home. Prior to real estate, I was a professional photographer and my photos have been published in eight national magazines. Still an avid photographer, my photography skills and experiences help me to effectively market homes for sale. I am a graduate of High Point University where I majored in business/marketing.

Born in Atlanta, GA and raised wherever the Federal Government sent my mother: Georgia,Texas,Virginia,Washington D.C. I know all about moving.
I came to the Wilmington area with friends for the Azalea Festival in the spring of 1982. In 3 days I knew I would eventually live at Carolina Beach. I bought my 1st home at Carolina Beach in 1986 when I was 24 years old, and it was my 34th residence.
I got my license in 1991 and real estate has been my full time career from that day forward. I knew that someday everyone else would find this wonderful region of southeastern North Carolina, called "Cape Fear ". Boy, was I right ! The Greater Wilmington/Beaches area has really grown in the 27 years since I first came here. I have traveled all over the country,but nowhere else enjoys the rich and diverse lifestyle this area has to offer. The beautiful beaches, ocean, waterways, the Cape Fear River, and the Historic District make this a place to live that is truly unique.

Originally from New York, I am what you refer to as a half back. I grew up in New York, lived in Florida for 13 years and have now moved half way back to Wilmington NC. I have been a resident of Carolina Beach and Wilmington for the last 15 years. I started my real estate career over 30 years ago in Florida and have experience in selling homes, resort properties, and vacant land. I am Live Oak's Sales Manager as well as NC Real Estate Commission approved Instructor, teaching agents and clients brings me a lot of satisfaction and enjoyment. During my time off son, Shawn and my two rescue dogs, Romeo and Juliet. I can frequently be found me at Thalian Hall, helping people to their seats or UNC-W listening to any of their live performances, we are very fortunate to have an abundance live entertainment to choose from in Wilmington.

Hi, I am Rob Norman. I grew up in the Foothills of North Carolina in Lincoln County. It is there that I learned to love the beauty of our land and the glory of creation. For thirty years I have served as a minister and missionary, part of that time as a Pastor in both Virginia and North Carolina, and eleven years as a Missionary in East Africa, Uganda, and Greece in Southern Europe. Presently, along with my work with Live Oak, I serve as Co-Pastor with my wife Mickie at North Brunswick Fellowship, a new church in Leland NC., www.nbfellowship.net .
I received my Real Estate License in January, 2007 and began at Live Oak in March.
Brunswick County is now my home. I love the beauty of the land, the nearness of the sea and the warmth of the climate. It is a great place to live and enjoy.

A native Southerner, I have lived in several states before being able to "retire" back in the South. My Husband and now 2 young adult daughters moved to the beautiful Wilmington area in August of 2003. I fell into my Real Estate Career by accident, simply by trying to get one of my Jazzercise Customer's back into class. I started working for Pam Wooddell, Owner of Live Oak Real Estate, and my Jazzercise Customer in April of 2006 answering the phones and filing 4 years ago when she lost one of her employees to a move. Answering the phones and filing was just the first week, and the rest as the say is History. This experience on the administrative side of the company has been invaluable. I have learned from one of the most knowledgeable companies in the Country, especially when it comes to Foreclosures and Short Sales.

My hobbies include, teaching Jazzercise, gardening (better known as weed pulling), going to the beach, my adorable dogs, Maxi and Mini and spending as much time as I can laughing with friends and family.

After 14 years in the treated lumber business in sales, I was laid off after a big merger. So I decided to get into real estate in 1994.

Real estate has been good to me, and with my degree in Economics, I enjoy following what is happening in all aspects of this business, from housing, to loans and watching all sorts of economic indicators, trying to predict what will happen next!

When I'm not working, I enjoy golf, scrapbooking, boating (we have a 17' Whaler) and most of all, 3 darling grandchildren!

Having lived in the Carolinas my entire life, I consider myself a traditional "Carolina Girl"! Spending my childhood in Raleigh, college years at UNC Wilmington, and post-college life in the Greater Charlotte Area I am a self-proclaimed expert on the fabulousity of NC.

While not helping others find and sell the homes of their dreams, I run a motorsports PR agency, founded and run a non-profit pet food bank, Petey's Promise, am a mother of the world's greatest 9 year old, and the wife of a NASCAR crew member.

Life keeps me hopping and I love it!
